- Make sure it sits under your bump, not across the front of your bump.

- Please note that maternity bands are usually adjusted when in standing position which usually requires more support than when sitting. If used during sitting, you might have to readjust the belt's tension.

Q: How frequent should I wash this?
A: Although this support band is hypoallergenic and made out of anti-bacterial bamboo fiber, it is encouraged to wash the band daily in mild detergent and cold water (do not twist dry) for hygiene purposes especially if you just had a surgery. Most doctors would encourage you to invest in 2 pairs so that you can wear them alternately while one is in the wash.
