Measuring Before Delivery (4 weeks before delivery): Measure belly circumference then subtract 3-5 inches to determined sizing.
Measuring After Delivery: Use current belly measurements.
Suggested Use When to Wear: Wear daily until back to pre-pregnancy belly size, or no longer need abdominal support. Can be worn after Caesarean-section. Not for use during pregnancy.

A: Absolutely! The belly binder will help with keep stitches in place and help with shrinking the uterus whilst the Organic Belly Firming Oil helps to tone and shrink stretched belly skin post-delivery. Q: How soon after delivery/ surgery can I start using this kit?
A: In normal cases, it is encouraged to use a compression belly binder right after delivery/surgery to help to reduce swelling. However, always get clearance from your doctor prior using any product as some cases might be more complicated than usual.

A: A minimum of 8 hours daily. The longer hours, the better.

The bamboo lines are wide and much more supportive than any other fabric/elastic bands I used. The breathable design allow many hours to wear. I wear it almost 12 hours in 24.
The waist band doesn’t slip, roll or move yet super comfortable while support the stomach muscles well. Measure you wait is important key before ordering, even the elastic allows to stretch fair enough. Very convenient and effective piece for your postpartum recovery kit. Also, oil is gold I only used it for two weeks and see the difference!!!! For me buying a package as belt and oil was best deal.
